Here's a quote from a user on another forum I frequent:

Also something about the teaser trailer being playable (???) at E3 along with details on the new loading system (bye bye elevators?).

I took it to mean the species name, as party member names doesn't seem likely just yet. I'll post more info if he ever posts it. |

I'm 99% certain we will be seeing that Geth as a re-programmed party member.
The folks at Bioware realise how big a cult following HK47 had and will be keen to replicate that success.
Should make for some interesting banter between the Geth squad member and Tali.
Easy enough to explain story wise - AI hacking etc. |

God, I hope not.
HK-47 was basically a comic relief character, a joke.
Now, he was a funny one, but it would greatly detract from the serious nature of ME to have such an inplausible character.
That said, having a Geth NPC could be pretty cool, as there would be lots of RP and dramatic potential. Especially if Tali is a party member.
I imagine we'll be getting a Salarian too.

lol well there are alot of screen shots of the game, one of them is the interior of the Normandy which looks bigger and different. if anyone has questions i would be glad to answer them
