I'd say yes, it's probably the rogue agent.

MusicDan should be happy. If you kinda squint at the ships on the left side and use your imagination a bit, they sorta look a bit like Colonial Vipers
Nice artwork though. I could do with that being the box art. Wouldn't mind a large poster of it in a special edition (hint, hint)

Given all the original artwork in the picture (namely, the three characters), I find it hard to believe that this could be a fake. I like it, though the orange text is a bit out of place, given that we've only seen the "Mass Effect" title in blue up until now. But, I'm sure I'll get used to it. |

Well it's known that the main enemy is the turian rogue agent (at least from what we know). There's no reason not to show them, since you know that's who you're going after. Look at the KOTOR boxart, Malak is on there, he's the enemy throughout. The whole "There's an even badder guy than the original bad guy" is quite the cliche. |

I thought the same thing.
The line going through the title’s not lined up with the planet either. I like it, but the way the title is done is gonna take time to get used to.
