It's not possible. The highest I ever hit in a single playthrough was Lvl. 55 without Pinnacle Station. Actually, it didn't exist at the time. But even if it did exist, no way in hell I'd have reached Lvl. 60. There's simply not enough stuff to do in order to actually hit Lvl. 60 in one playthrough.

Level 55 is the highest I ever got, doing basically all the stuff that's possible. But then I used the Mako gun for quite some time, so I could prolly get to 56 or maaaaaaybe 57 if I tried really hard. But 60 is impossible except for glitches. |

Thanks for that info...I am in the same situation right now at 59 on second playthrough with only Ilos to do. It sucks but at least now I know. |

I do have like two level 60 characters. But I only got to level 60 in my second playthrough. I will post pictures of my level 60 characters if needed.
Also, I found a way to have unlimited ammo. A few mods here and there and you too can be a unstoppable killing machine. |

Unlimited ammo? Do you mean continuous firing without overheating? A high-level assault rifle with Frictionless Materials OR Snowblind Rounds can fire indefinitely. |

I would also be curious to know if the game difficulity has an affect on the XP one gains to level up their character ?
I was at a level 52 after my 2nd complete game and missing a ton of stuff. Started a 3rd some time ago and I now want to go back and finish it hoping to gain a few more levels.
