I been trying to see if anyone else has had this problem and it looks like quite a few people have, but not quite like the problem I have. Originally I started the game back in december of 2007, I was borrowing the game from a friend so I didnt get to far, only got the eden prime achievement. Then when I heard there was going to be a sequel, I went out and got the first one about a month ago or so and played through it getting as many achievements as possible, don't really remember how many, but quite a bit. Anyway, I finally beat the game and I started a new career with my previous character and finished eden prime, collected a few assignments around the citadel and saved it. I wanted to try this other game before continuing that game, take a bit of a rest from ME maybe.
I don't think at that time I had looked at my achievements so I can't say exactly when it happened. But I had gone to my friends house a few days ago and uploaded my profile to his xbox so we could finish marvel ultimate alliance and then try the new halo odst. For some reason on the marvel game I was getting all the achievements he was getting(thats another story) so I looked at them and thought that my gamerscore looked a little low, under 3000. But I did remember having more than 3000 last time I had checked, but I wanted to finish the game so I decided to check it later. Anyway, when I got home I re-upped my profile back to my xbox and i saw that all my mass effect achievemnts except the eden prime one, which was dated at 12/21/07. I know some might say that it says that date because the date on my 360 wasnt right or something, but it was when i check and i also remember that date being listed on the eden prime achievement when i started the game back up a month ago. I even loaded a couple of my previous games to see if that would help or something, but nothing.
Now I've been looking at forum after forum trying to see if anyone else has had a problem like this and I've heard of all of someone achievements for this game being deleted or just certain ones but nothing quite like this. So if anyone knows how to fix this, that would be awesome. Because I spent like 50+ hours on that game and I wanted to get a few more achievements by doing a second playthrough. |

this same thing has happened to me and i may have the answer for you, when you "Uploaded" you Profile did you do it with a Memory Card or did you recover it from XBL? also if you didnt play it while connected to XBL and then recover it to a different hardive it wouldn't have uploaded your achievements because you never played it on XBL, if you did get the achievements while connected to XBL then I'd have to say you would probally have to so again. |

yea i guess i forgot to mention that part in my topic, i had played it mostly offline, but i do remember signing onto XBL once or twice to check my messeges and stuff. After scowering the net trying to find out what happpened, thats what i thought might have happened but i did sign on tho. sigh, but so far i haven't found anyway to fix this except playing through it again, which i was planing on doing anyway, but i'll have to redo those teammate achievements... _________________ "Wise men say; forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for late pizza" |
